Dr Rajiv Kent

Dentist/ Principal

Dr Kent qualified in 1998 from the University of Sheffield and has almost 20 years’ experience working in dental practice.

He believes dentistry is both science and art and it demands a high level of core skill and judgement but most importantly, it is a caring profession. Dr Kent has successfully combined trusted technique with personal attention to provide patients with a positive and even enjoyable dental experience.

Rajiv is particularly interested in root canal treatment and pride himself on carrying out this often-disliked procedure painlessly and to a very high standard.

Dr Kent is passionate about cosmetic dentistry, smile design, restoring implants and is a certified C-fast provider, a tooth straightening system.

He is a keen learner and he regularly keeps up with the latest innovations in dentistry. He have taken numerous yearlong courses in advanced dentistry with leading European dentists.

Outside dentistry Dr Kent loves sports and travel. He enjoys playing squash and football on a regular basis and is an avid Arsenal fan.

He is married and has recently had a beautiful little boy who he loves spending time with.

Dr Jonathan Mason

Dentist & Practice Partner

Jonathan graduated from the university of Sheffield 1998. Jonathan provides the highest level of care to his patients which is leading him constantly to undertake post graduate courses to create desirable smiles to his patients. He has successfully completed two separate year courses given by two eminent clinicians, Dr Harris Sidelsky and Dr Chris Orr.

Dr Mason has also spent the last few years developing interests in implant dentistry, restoring implants using state of the art implant systems, and in the field of cosmetic orthodontics using Clear Smile Aligners and modern teeth straightening systems.

Dr Mason’s calm and relaxed manner has helped many patients overcome their dental anxiety and put them at ease by taking time to explain treatments and discuss all options available.

He also enjoys working with children, as he believes it is so important for young people to gain confidence in attending the dentist regularly through positive experiences.

Outside of dentistry Dr Mason is very much the family man. He is blessed with a lovely wife and three gorgeous sons. He also enjoys watching football and live comedy and spending quality time with friends. Dr Mason has the belief that laughing is good for the soul.

Rishika Mahajan

Dr Rishika is a qualified dentist. Post her vocational training, Dr Rishika has worked across family oriented as well as private practices.

Dr Rishika loves all aspects of her job right from the moment her patients say hello to the moment they finish their treatment; leaving with a commitment to their oral health and a smile to match!

She finds it so rewarding enabling her patients to achieve their own dental confidence as well as treating anxious dental patients and taking the stress out of their overall dental experience.

Currently she is undertaking a PGCert in Restorative and aesthetic Dentistry to expand the horizons of treatment she can provide. She generally like to keep herself up to date by participating in dental conferences and short-term courses.

Outside work, Rishika lives in Borehamwood with her husband and teenager son. She describes herself as keen foodie (but still watching sugar) who loves exploring new cuisines and cultures , short city breaks and beach walks and loves to watch a match or two at Wimbledon.

Tina Solanki

Dental Hygienist

Tina graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a BSc (Hons) degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy and is specially trained to play an important role in dental health care.

Tina has been a part of our dental team for just over 5 years and continues to amaze patients with her dedication. She has a gentle yet meticulous approach in practicing treatment with an emphasis on patient education and prevention. Tina can carry out additional procedures such as temporary or permanent fillings on both adults and children, treatment of the nerves (pulp therapy) of deciduous teeth as well as the extraction of deciduous teeth under local infiltration analgesia.

She became a member of British Society of Dental Hygienist and Therapists and the British Association of Dental Therapy. This helped her to keep at the forefront of technology and innovation in periodontal dentistry.

In her free time Tina enjoys fine dining and going to theatre with family and friends.
